The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel itself was elegant and beautiful. We loved the outdoor heated pool with a view of the Dolomites, and the sauna was perfect for relaxation. The breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed having coffee on the terrace. Plus, being able to visit the famous Sellaronda circuit and explore the natural paradise surrounding the hotel added to the overall fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!
The only thing we would ask for is more options for young party-goers. While the hotel had a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, it would have been fun to have more activities or events specifically catered towards young people looking for some entertainment during their stay.

Rusctlea Restaurant was 15 mins walk away. Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit gardena pass. Outstanding base for summer vacation, recommended. Even the Bolzano airport was not so far.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Dolomites and had an incredible time. The hotel itself was new and very clean, with spacious rooms and a large spa zone. The outdoor pool had warm water, perfect for relaxing. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center, but the shuttle bus was convenient for getting to the slopes. The breakfast could have had more variety, but I was able to order eggs or omelettes, despite the long wait. Although the wifi was slow, it was available throughout the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, great spa, and convenient shuttle service.

Our group of friends had an incredible stay at a 4+ hotel nestled in the Dolomites. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the center of town, restaurants, and the magnificent mountains and slopes around us. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and the bathrooms were well-appointed. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning, as well as the wonderful spa facilities available to guests.
The hotel's wifi was slow, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.
